Codisto Announces the Appointment of a new Chairman and Director

SYDNEY - Ecommerce innovator Codisto today announced the appointment of John McConnell as Chairman and John Kitchener as a Director, bringing the number of board members to six.
Codisto Chief Executive Officer, Luke Amery, said: “John and John bring vast strategic and operational international experience to our company.
“This is vital as our business is growing rapidly overseas, with over 90% of our revenues now generated from North America, Asia and Europe.”
Mr McConnell (BEc, MBA) has an MBA from the University of Queensland and an Economics degree from Macquarie University.
He recently retired from the role of CEO of the Australian public company AHG.
Prior to that, Mr McConnell spent 17 years at Inchcape plc, a FTSE 250 multinational automotive retail and services company headquartered in the UK. He was most recently Group Financial Director in London and was previously CEO of Inchcape’s operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Before joining Inchcape, Mr McConnell worked with Reckitt and Colman for 13 years in a variety of senior roles in the UK, Germany and Australia.
His various roles have provided extensive experience in capital markets, logistics and the automotive industry.

Mr Kitchener (BEc, MBA, GAICD and Chartered Accountant) has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management / London Business School and an accounting/economics degree from Macquarie University.
He brings financial, strategy and operational experience having worked for PWC, AT Kearney, Inchcape plc and the Uniting Church in Australia.
